Virgin Airlines... :(

Hmmmmm...  Not as great as first thought!!

I just had an interesting phone call with the boys at Virgin about my flight to Cape Town...  and now it looks like i can only take:
1 x 23kg
1 x 32kg sports bag...


that's it.. any other bag will be charged at £35 a kg!!

So it's still pretty good but i'd been told i could take other bags at a fixed rate!!! Not so... only if your flying to the usa etc.. capetown isn't on that route!!

I'm a little bit fooked now as i'm flying tomorrow.. looks like i'll have to sweet talk a fellow passenger into taking my kit on for me!!!

we'll see!! I knew i should have flown KLM!!! Arse!!

£32 x 32kg = £1120 (i think)...   Jesus!!!

i could nearly buy 2 more flights for that!!!  ..plus all the rest of the people on the flight are entitled to free sports gear...  surely they could help me out!! 
Well I'll let you know how i get on...  but if the bloke on the phone is anything to go by... i could be buggered!!
