F F F F F Freestyler!!

I drove down last night..  stopped off just short of Southampton in a Mac D's carpark... free Wifi, toilets and a Mc Muffin in the morning!!! ..Living the dream baby..  living the dream...!! haha

To be honest I'm not sure why i went home  in the first place...  8hrs extra driving...  sometimes my brain doesn't work properly...  well that and the forecast changed!

Anyway..  a good day was had by all..  Hmmmmm...  well as much fun as you can have without waves!

It was Flat..  very flat..  and very shallow..  in fact 'Dry' would be a better word! 

We (Me and the Vass crew..  Colin, Max, Beth and Muzza!) sailed in the lagoon at West Wittering and had a fun session for about 4hrs!

I haven't been on freestyle board for over a year (Probably 2) so i was pretty nervous just incase i was terrible!!!  ...but in fact i wasn't as Shite as i thought i might be...  I wasn't exactly smooth but i pulled some moves off..  even got a normal Chachoo at the end..  slight bum check but i'm claiming it!!

New Simmer rider Max was sailing pretty well...  i think he is defiantly one to look out for in the future...  actually he's one to look out for now to be honest!!  He's got some nice moves...  his No handed Flaka's looks Sweet!!  ..well made me want to learn them!  Broken ankle and a face full of sail here i come!! ha ha!

Looks like more of the same tomorrow... Wish me luck...  i'm going to try and learn something new!!!!  What's the saying about...  Old dogs and new tricks!!!  We'll see...
